I do a lot of live training, and I almost always use GoToWebinar (when I don’t need to share my screen, I use Instant Teleseminar for phone-only training).
GoToWebinar offers a great experience for the end user. Participants can both hear your voice and see your screen, and they can easily ask questions, send private messages, and participate in polls during the event.
Where GoToWebinar falls short is in webinar recording for Mac users like me. For that, I usually use Instant Teleseminar to record the audio (by doing a 3-way call between myself, Instant Teleseminar, and the GoToWebinar line), and Camtasia to record my screen.
GoToWebinar is a great tool for my business, and can help anyone increase engagement with their audience, improve sales, and create better products!
