Brian’s kick-ass assistant, Rebeca, here! As the primary user of RingCentral, I just wanted to tell you a little bit about how I use it in my typical day-to-day.
First, a little bit about RingCentral:
RingCentral capabilities include auto-receptionist, flexible extension structure, multiple voicemail boxes, smart call routing, business answering rules, extension dialing, call transfers, and elegant integration with Smartphones. With RingCentral, businesses are able to connect all employees as if they were in the same office, improve communications with customers, and boost productivity.
How we use it at Instant Media LLC:
We have our 1-800-218-5972 number set up to automatically forward to a company cell phone. Through RingCentral, you can add extensions, choose personal mail box recordings, have messages e-mailed to you, and customize your RingCentral number any which way you want to. We also have a local number through RingCentral which is forwarded to our company cell phone, (305) 407-1775 and when we make outbound calls, this number shows up (to avoid seeming like those 1-800 numbers we all despise!)
The best part about RingCentral is that you don’t even need a phone to have the calls forwarded to. With a speaker and headphones, you can have the calls appear right on the desktop of your computer, any where you go.
RingCentral is a must-have for any business, whether it’s at home or at an office!
